Aim: to develop a great pupils’ mind to have interest in national Christmas Celebration traditions and to absorb them.
Tasks:
To collect information about Advent traditions.
To gather different information and parent’s, grandparent’s narrations about Christmas.
To light on Lithuanian Christmas Celebration peculiarities.
To develop pupils’ creative abilities decorating place of residence.
To introduce Three King’s travel aim.
Methods: group work, discovery learning, game, project, partnership, pageant.
Result: Collected material present in special folder. Pupils know essential Lithuanian Christmas Celebration peculiarities; can make decorative elements for Christmas tree, greeting cards. Pupils know Three Kings Celebration purport.
